Software International is seeking a skilled Delivery Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with clients, articulating solutions, and leading billable client activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead and support billable client activities, including project management and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring together high-performing teams to deliver services for customers.
- Represent a seamless customer solution by integrating multiple service areas.
- Manage and govern large business-to-business multi-year service contracts.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of business controls and cost accounting.
- 15 years of experience in project and/or service delivery.
- Ability to team effectively across a large organization.
- Ability to represent a seamless customer solution.
- Ability to manage and govern large business-to-business multi-year service contracts.
- Indepth knowledge of business controls and cost accounting.
- Bilingual French and English.
- Bachelors degree.
- Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications.
- Successful long-term customer relationship management.
