This role is a critical part of our operational activities, focusing on regular administrative and commercial transactions that support the business flow of our NAM hub operations.

We are committed to providing exceptional customer service to our NAM Solar Accounts, and this position plays a vital role in achieving that goal.

The Strategic Operations Coordinator reports directly to the Global Service Administration Team Leader (Solar Business).

Job Description
- Execute necessary actions related to the NAM service operations
- Create and process purchase requisitions for goods and services, ensuring timely execution and accurate order management
- Collaborate with Payables to facilitate payment processing and generate weekly reports and minutes
- Conduct local demand planning in coordination with Central Supply chain structure to ensure seamless inventory management
- Issue invoices to customers in NAM related to goods and services provided, adhering to contractual requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in similar roles or relevant administrative background/education with international business exposure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong organizational skills, including multitasking, prioritization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering personalized support to our NAM Solar Accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with advanced abilities in data entry, validation, and analysis

Salary and Benefits
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of CAD $64,000-$96,000, which includes base pay and short-term incentive opportunities. Our salary ranges are determined by considering roles of similar responsibility and level, with individual pay adjusted based on performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
