**Job Description**

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled Business Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning and executing operational activities related to regular administrative and commercial transactions that support the business flow of the North America hub operations.

**Responsibilities**

  • Execute necessary actions related to the North America service operations
  • Purchase requisition creation and orders cleaning for service and for Solar and execution for goods and services (PR/PO)
  • Contact with Payables to help in payment of suppliers / Weekly reports and minutes
  • Local demand planning in coordination with Central Supply chain structure
  • Issue invoices (on demand / Contracts) to customers in North America related to goods and services provided
  • All the Solar courier and DHL mailings
  • Supports in administrative / team coordination tasks

**Requirements**

  • 5 years experience in similar roles
  • Administrative background/education with international business exposure
  • Preferable at equivalent multi-national environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills including, but not limited to, the ability to handle multiple demands and assignments and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Detailed and accurate data entry
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task between data entry, data validation
  • Advanced ability to use Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive compensation package, including base pay and short-term incentive, which ranges from CAD $64,000-$96,000 for candidates who are B.C. residents. Our salary ranges are determined by considering roles of similar responsibility and level. Individual pay is determined by performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
