Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Intermediate Bridge Engineer to join our Transportation Engineering Group in Moncton, New Brunswick. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-end engineering services to our clients, with a focus on bridge design and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical design for bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and foundation engineering assignments
  • Analysis, design, preparation, and delivery of tender packages, visual inspections, report preparation, cost estimating, and construction engineering services
  • Business development and proposal preparation

Requirements

  • P.Eng. designation with APEGNB or the ability to transfer
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the Bridge Consulting Engineering industry
  • Master's Degree or Doctor of Philosophy in Structural Engineering is an asset
  • Proven ability to deliver bridge design and analysis projects from start to finish
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Familiarity with NBDTI and NS Department of Public Works design standards and project delivery is an asset
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to teamwork
  • Experience with CSiBridge / SAP2000 / MIDAS Civil / SFrame / AutoCAD and similar software is an asset
  • Experience with D/B or P3 projects is an asset
