Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Consultant to join our team at Novin Commercial Exchange Inc. As a Technical Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and soliciting potential clients, assessing their needs, and recommending the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and solicit potential clients to promote our products and services.
  • Needs Assessment: Assess clients' needs and resources to recommend the most suitable solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services.
  • Sales Contract Management: Prepare and administer sales contracts, including estimating prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, including training their staff on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve product and service-related problems.
