About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Novin Commercial Exchange Inc. as a Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and soliciting potential clients, assessing their needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services, and developing reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition
    • Identify and solicit potential clients to explore business opportunities
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business
  • Needs Assessment and Recommendations
    • Assess clients' needs and resources to recommend the most suitable goods or services
    • Develop and present reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products
  • Sales and Contract Management
    • Prepare and administer sales contracts
    • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Customer Support and Training
    • Provide input into product design to tailor goods or services to clients' needs
    • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and training
    • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Problem Resolution
    • Resolve product and service-related problems
    • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
