About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Consultant to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Adobe Analytics and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and deploy Adobe Analytics tools to capture key performance data, ensuring accurate data collection and tag implementation.
  • Develop and implement tagging and tracking strategies using Adobe Launch or DTM, collaborating with developers to ensure seamless integration.
  • Analyze website performance and user behavior, generating actionable insights and recommendations to optimize digital strategies.
  • Create customized dashboards and reports for stakeholders, effectively communicating findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and development teams to define KPIs and metrics, identifying opportunities for A/B testing and personalization using Adobe Target.
  • Conduct training sessions for teams on Adobe Analytics tools and best practices, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for analytics-related issues.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and web tagging technologies, with experience in Adobe Analytics implementation and analysis.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Adobe Target and Audience Manager, as well as proficiency in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with other analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel, is a plus.
