Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Coordinator for Beyond 3:30 and Clinics programs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of these programs through exceptional administrative and operational support.

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate data entry and upkeep of data management systems for both beyond 3:30 and clinics;
  • Inputting data for visual acuity testing results and screening outcomes;
  • Migrating student data into CDS;
  • Maintaining network drive files, including success stories, photographs, and video clips;
  • Filing monthly online reports to the Ministry of Tourism, Culture & Sports (MTCS);
  • Creating and managing SharePoint and OneDrive infrastructure for efficient sharing and submission of beyond 3:30 program documents;
  • Leveraging online platforms to enable program operation;
  • Completing purchasing requests for office supplies, clinic supplies, printing, and other occasional items;
  • Maintaining the supply and inventory list for programs;
  • Delivering supplies to program sites as needed;

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 4 years' administrative work experience;
  • Some post-secondary education in Administration or a relevant field;
  • The ability to maintain complete and accurate data records, and quickly learn new software;
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook);
  • The ability to travel to different program sites across the city as required;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively alone and in a team;
  • Knowledge and experience in after-school and community programs is a great asset.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, based on 35 hours of work per week.

This position is currently based in our Scarborough location (200 Poplar Road) and is eligible to participate in the hybrid/remote work program. Some travelling to program sites is required.
