About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Field Compliance Manager to join our team at Montrose. As a key member of our LDAR program, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental compliance, with experience in managing field operations and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards are met. The role will involve coordinating daily activities, monitoring routes, and conducting site assessments to ensure compliance with regulations. You will also be responsible for leading daily safety tailgate meetings, conducting safety assessments, and maintaining accurate records of site data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily activities and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Conduct site assessments and monitor routes to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Lead daily safety tailgate meetings and conduct safety assessments
  • Maintain accurate records of site data and ensure compliance with quality control procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of projects
Necessary Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and LDAR database software programs
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Able to climb stairs, ladders, and work from heights
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
