Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Onboard Immigration Services. As a Physiotherapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare professionals in providing top-notch care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment
    • Administer tests and procedures to assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists.
    • Carry out treatment programs to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities.
  • Support Services
    • Assist health care professionals with patient care and treatment.
    • Teach and/or supervise exercises to patients.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain prescription records and inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products.
    • Operate and maintain sterilization equipment and instrumentation for re-use according to standardized safety practices.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
