About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Influencer Marketing team at Edelman Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic influencer marketing campaigns that drive business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives
  • Manage and mentor a team of influencer marketing specialists to ensure high-quality work and exceptional client service
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer marketing into broader marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and other industry partners
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or brand marketing
  • 5-6 years of experience in social media and community management
  • 4-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, including influencer identification, program management, outreach strategies, content planning, contracting, and reporting
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and developing talent
  • Strong research, writing, and editing skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing and leading integrated campaign strategies
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple medium to large-sized projects simultaneously
  • Clear understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, importance, and role of influencer marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop influencer plans
