Sales Performance Supervisor

At Trademarks Properties Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Performance Supervisor, you will be responsible for training workers in duties and policies, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems. You will also provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Ensure accuracy of financial transactions
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 32 hours per week

Computer and Technology Knowledge:

  • MS Excel
  • MS Word
