Job Summary

The Spa Director is responsible for establishing and executing clear short-term and long-term goals to ensure the spa is recognized as one of the finest resort spas in the world. These goals must prioritize colleague satisfaction, guest satisfaction, financial success, health and safety, and environmental stewardship.


Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the operations of the facility, including short and long-range strategic planning.
  • Manage, train, motivate, and develop all colleagues.
  • Oversee fiscal budgeting and analysis, including the development of annual budgets for departments within the facility.
  • Generate monthly facility productivity reports.
  • Lead the implementation of the spa marketing plan.
  • Establish professional business relationships with vendors and develop product inventories.
  • Ensure adherence to departmental and facility policies.
  • Establish ongoing administrative controls.
  • Responsible for all aspects of colleague training, performance, and engagement.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (an asset).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a management position in a large-volume spa.
