About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to provide case management and assisted living support for adults living with an Acquired Brain Injury.

The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Client Services Manager to support adults with brain injuries with homemaking, personal care, community, and personal development skills in accordance with the person's individual service plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement established strategies and behavior management plans under the general direction of the Manager and Counsellor.
  • Ensure that the person's services and supports promote their rights, choices, self-determination, independence, and builds personal and community living skills.

Requirements:

  • Secondary School graduation and minimum one-year post-secondary certificate in Human or Health Services.
  • Continuing education in developmental disabilities an asset.
  • Current First Aid and CPR.
  • Valid G class driver's license.
