About the Role

Pegah Construction Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee the planning, organization, and execution of residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to define project scope and objectives
  • Manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, progress reports, and other relevant documentation
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
  • Represent Pegah Construction Ltd. in business services and union contract negotiations
  • Supervise and manage the activities of subcontractors and staff to ensure successful project execution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in civil engineering or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in residential and commercial project management
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Proficiency in AutoCad, Navisworks, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively and think critically
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
