About the Role

We're seeking a Software Development Manager to lead our CARFAX Data, AI & ML team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Software Engineers and QA Engineers to build products, platforms, and pipelines to support machine learning initiatives at CARFAX. This position will require 2 days in the London, ON office, subject to change with future business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish clear goals and objectives that align with Department and Corporate Game Plans
  • Coach teams to practice Agile Development methodologies
  • Coach teams to use TDD to deliver high quality software releases
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams using Agile methodology
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Java or Python
  • Background in building/designing scalable enterprise software
  • Proven track record of cross-functional project delivery
  • Experience in AI/ML projects is highly desirable
