The Sales Consultant at Yukon Nissan is a key member of our sales team, responsible for managing all aspects of the new and used car sales process from initial customer contact to the point of sale and beyond. This role requires a passion for building long-term relationships with customers, with the objective of creating brand loyalty and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be an expert listener, able to execute each step of the sales cycle with precision and attention to detail. They will be results-driven, with a keen eye for opportunity and a commitment to achieving sales targets. A strong understanding of product knowledge and the ability to provide a personalized retail experience for each customer are essential.

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on all dealership training programs and product knowledge
  • Explaining technical features, options, and benefits to customers
  • Managing customer complaints and resolving difficult problems
  • Working collaboratively with other dealership staff to achieve sales and customer service goals

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A valid driver's license
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A college certificate or additional courses in a related field (an asset)
  • Automotive sales experience (an asset)
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work weekend shifts as scheduled
