About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team at Whitehorse Motors Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Set up and maintain displays of retail parts and accessories to ensure a visually appealing and organized store environment.
  • Process and manage inventory control software to ensure accurate tracking and ordering of parts and supplies.
  • Prepare and track work orders, requisition orders, and process incoming requisitions to ensure efficient and effective inventory management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; other trades certificate or diploma an asset.
  • Previous experience in a retail or parts sales environment an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
