About Whitehorse Motors Ltd.

We are a leading automotive retailer seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries, address complaints, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, process orders, and ensure timely restocking of parts and supplies.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Set up displays, promote products, and advise customers on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts.
  • Cash Handling and Transactions: Process cash transactions, issue and distribute parts and supplies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a warehouse or retail environment.
