Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Rec Room Host. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience, from greeting them at the door to ensuring that their needs are met throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Greet guests at the door and escort them to their tables or other seating areas
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all guests have an exceptional experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs and stand for long periods of time
