Job Title: Rec Room Host - Entertainment Experience Specialist
Job Summary:
Cineplex is a leading entertainment company seeking a skilled Rec Room Host to join our team. As a Rec Room Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable entertainment experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring a seamless dining experience
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations to guests
- Enroll guests in our membership program and promote loyalty
- Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with food and beverage servers and other serving staff to ensure efficient service
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Participate in on-the-job training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of restaurant service experience preferred
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Word and Excel
