Gould's Packaging Industries lte is seeking a skilled Plastic Bag Machine Operator to join our team in a dynamic production environment. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our plastic bag production lines, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain plastic bag production lines, including extrusion machines and calender rollers.
  • Monitor and inspect the quality of produced materials, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
  • Supervise and coordinate the production process, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proven track record of operating and maintaining complex machinery.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
