- Design and implement high-performance Salesforce B2B solutions that meet scalability and customization requirements.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B Commerce with ERP, CRM, and CMS systems.
- Develop and maintain technical frameworks and standards for quality output across development activities.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers and junior architects, providing guidance on best practices and advanced technical expertise.
This role demands:
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud capabilities, including architecture, design, and implementation of scalable commerce solutions.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and new Salesforce technologies like Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with various external systems using APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
- A strong foundation in core Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and their integration with Commerce Cloud.
- Advanced knowledge of data modeling and management within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and scalability.
- Ability to manage large data volumes and optimize performance in the Salesforce environment.
- A deep understanding of Salesforce's security features, including sharing rules, security levels, and data visibility configurations.
To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 10 years of experience in IT and software development, with a minimum of 5 years as a Salesforce Architect. You should hold a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certification and possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
We offer competitive compensation: $160,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
