">- As a nurse with SE Health, you will be responsible for providing care and support to patients in their homes.
- You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- You will use your expertise to assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
Requirements
">- You must have current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- You must have CAN specialty certification.
- You must have a current CPR certificate and a valid driver's license.
What We Offer
">- We offer a competitive rate paid per client visit.
- Additional visits or longer visits will be paid as extra visits.
- You will be guaranteed 70 visits biweekly if you work full-time.
