Job Description

As the Director of Marketing for Accor Hotels, your primary objective is to enhance the company's market presence and revenue generation through innovative promotional campaigns that showcase our exceptional guest offerings. You will be responsible for creating and promoting on-brand messaging across various channels to drive consumer awareness, increase market share, and strengthen brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's luxury branding and business goals, leading cross-functional teams to enhance the hotel's market presence and revenue generation.
  • Conduct yearly and monthly forecasting of e-commerce digital strategies and KPIs, aligning strategies with market trends and business objectives.
  • Spearhead digital marketing initiatives across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and the company's various websites, focusing on leveraging digital tools to enhance guest engagement and retention.
  • Liaise with the regional and corporate office on projects to support company initiatives.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a marketing team that is proactive and innovative.
Requirements
  • University/College degree in a related discipline required or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working with luxury brands in a similar or related role.
  • Excellent communication skills - written & verbal, proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and any other appropriate programs.
  • Proven experience working with senior management and multiple stakeholders.
