About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to join our team at MetaLab. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and leading a team of marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to create and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and event marketing.
  • Manage and optimize our brand's online presence, including our website and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive results.
  • Develop and manage our marketing budget, ensuring that we are getting the best return on investment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and apply this knowledge to drive our marketing strategy forward.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on our marketing performance, including metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization.
  • Experience managing a team of marketing professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
