Baba Traders Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including apprentices, sales workers, and office staff.
- Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Supervise and mentor staff to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Public transportation is available, and the work schedule is 35 hours per week.

- Initiative to take on additional responsibilities and improve store operations.
