About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Co-Op to join our Project Services team. As a Business Analyst Co-Op, you will work closely with project managers and business analysts to deliver technical products across various team specialties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to define, plan, and implement projects
  • Gain experience in agile software development and business analysis
  • Create process maps and write product requirements/user stories
  • Work with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable items
  • Prepare presentations to share project information with end users and stakeholders
  • Own specific initiatives and be held accountable for delivery
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or technical writing major
  • Passion for data and data analysis
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Outstanding work ethic and great people skills
  • Sound time management and organization skills
  • Experience working in a project team
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience using web-based applications
