About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst Co-Op to join our Project Services team at CARFAX. As a Business Analyst Co-Op, you will work directly with project managers and business analysts to help deliver technical products across team specialties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with project managers and business analysts to define, plan, and implement projects
  • Gain experience in agile software development and business analysis
  • Create process maps and write product requirements/user stories
  • Participate in daily huddles and work with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Help prepare presentations and own specific initiatives
  • Troubleshoot user issues and develop solutions

Requirements

  • Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or technical writing major
  • Passion for data and data analysis
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Outstanding work ethic and great people skills
  • Sound time management and organization skills
  • Experience as a member of a project team
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience using web-based applications
