Retail Store Leader

NS LTD is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet our high standards.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to maximize sales and minimize waste.
- Authorize return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Establish work schedules and monitor productivity to optimize store performance.
- Sell merchandise and achieve sales targets through effective sales techniques.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve store goals.
- 3-4 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic to ensure store goals are met.

- 33-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Willingness to relocate for this position.
