Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at NS LTD. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles
- Order merchandise and authorize returns to maintain an optimal inventory level
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and productivity
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure seamless store operations
- 3-4 years of experience in a retail management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Proficiency in computer software and ability to learn new systems quickly
