We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administration Consultant to join our team at LifeWorks Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support in pension plan administration, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the annual planning and organization of work related to pension plan administration, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Participate in the production and verification of related work, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Train and coach other team members on pension administration best practices, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Manage and monitor budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
- Enhance client satisfaction by attentively addressing their needs and promptly responding to requests, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Assist the team in executing special projects, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and improvement.
- Propose methods for enhancing our processes, driving innovation and efficiency in pension administration.
- Minimum of 7+ years' of relevant experience in DB pension administration, with a strong understanding of pension plan regulations and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, administration, economics, actuarial science, or other relevant training.
- Exceptional collaborator with team members, stakeholders, and clients, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Incisive analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Well-organized and resourceful, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills, with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, as well as other Microsoft suite products (Outlook, Word, OneNote).
