Role Overview



A role as a Banking Advisor at National Bank is an engaging and diverse position that allows you to grow your ambitions and make a positive impact on both your life and the lives of your clients and colleagues.



You will adopt a friendly approach, actively listen, and provide a people-centric experience for branch clients. This role offers numerous opportunities to develop skills and expertise in banking solutions, client relationships, and business growth.



The core responsibilities include greeting clients, addressing their questions, and offering transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients. You will also be responsible for building lasting business relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and referring clients to specialist colleagues when needed.



This position reports to the Customer Service Branch Manager or the Branch Manager and involves working with a team of experts specializing in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on location and experience.



Requirements


  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
  • Customer service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity
  • Positive attitude and empathy for clients
  • Interest in technology and skilled in sharing knowledge
  • Ability to adapt to different situations
