Pizza Hut Food Service Supervisor Job Description

 

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.

 

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • High school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical demands include standing for long periods, lifting, and bending.
