Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, including training and development.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys and establish work schedules.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical demands of the job include standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment with high volume of customers.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Physically demanding with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
