Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic individual to provide support and care to our clients. The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Developmental Services Worker (DSW) Training
  • Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
