Job Title: Developmental Service Worker

Chamomile Adult Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Developmental Service Worker to join our team. As a Developmental Service Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in our group home setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic individual to provide support and care to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and promoting independence. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Provide emotional support and promote independence in clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress.
Requirements:
  • Developmental Services Worker (DSW) Training.
  • Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
