We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Chahine Inc. As a key member of our Butcher Shop, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
- Cut and trim standard cuts of meat to order
- Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
- Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts
- Weigh meats for sale and price meat products
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for sale
- Sell meats to customers and provide excellent customer service
- Supervise other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers as needed
- 2 years of experience in a butcher shop or meat department
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
