Meat Cutter Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Fat Kee BBQ and Meat. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for sale.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
- Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to meet customer demands
- Wrap and package prepared meats for display and sale
- Remove bones from meat and weigh meats for accurate sales
- Cut poultry into parts and prepare special orders
- Operate manual cutting utensils and slicing machines with precision
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment with 30-40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
