Job Description

At EightSix Network, we are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing sales across assigned territories and accounts, with a focus on expanding our customer base and ensuring our strong presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers, playing a key role in developing and maintaining the company's image and reputation in the marketplace.
  • Cultivate and develop new relationships and partnerships with professional organizations to ensure program awareness and adoption.
  • Identify new sales opportunities to achieve sales expansion through various prospecting activities, including networking, prospecting, conducting on-site sales calls, and cold calling.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and strategies to execute solutions within the existing business model and channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or additional experience in lieu of degree).
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of lighting is required.
  • Experience selling and managing accounts in any of the following: Lighting, Electrical Vehicle Chargers, Smart City Solutions.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Work Permit.
