Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at Reign Inc. as a key member of our hospitality team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table assignments to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with wine selection and service, ensuring that customers receive expert recommendations and exceptional service.
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train for the role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work 32 hours per week.
