Senior Gameplay Animator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Gameplay Animator to join our team at Mediabistro. As a key member of our animation department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality animations that bring our games to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Animation Creation: Develop and implement animations that meet the game's artistic vision and technical requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with artists, designers, programmers, and other animators to ensure seamless integration of animations into the game.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot animation issues and implement solutions to ensure high-quality results.
- Testing and Validation: Test animations to ensure they meet the game's quality standards and validate designs with the team.
- Polishing and Refining: Refine animations to ensure they meet the game's artistic and technical requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in video game animation or equivalent.
- Skills: Proficiency in animation software such as Motion Builder, 3ds Max, or Maya.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
