Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Manage and direct coordination with external agencies, ensuring seamless communication and timely project completion.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Interpret and apply applicable local bylaws and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing project delays.
  • Development Application Review: Conduct thorough reviews of development applications, including surveys, permits, site plans, variance requests, and rezoning.
  • Team Management: Manage and direct subconsultants, ensuring effective collaboration and project delivery.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: MCIP eligibility and a strong understanding of planning regulations and bylaws.
