Business Systems Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at TransUnion. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling the delivery of our services to customers and/or consumers.
Key Responsibilities- Work with all systems delivery frameworks, including agile, hybrid, and waterfall, to deliver business and technology requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future state.
- Conduct detailed business process analysis and develop comprehensive process flow diagrams, user stories, functional specification documents, and use cases to facilitate system design and development.
- Obtain key inputs from subject matter experts (SMEs), architects, dependent teams, and identify solution interdependencies. Accordingly, conduct system mapping and data mapping.
- Develop detailed user stories, story mapping, stakeholder analysis, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners.
- Clearly articulate and document business requirements to enable development and QA teams to deliver the required business & tech functions.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Ensure enough prioritized backlog is available for the team before the agile scrum sprint starts.
- Create and maintain documentation regarding all aspects of the product, including product operations, compliance, product launch processes, and system functionality.
- Participate in design review and walk-through.
- Lead/support presentation/demonstration of new technology/product functionality to stakeholders and clients.
- Support testing teams/activities: test plan/case consultation and manage defect triage with appropriate application teams.
- Provide support during system implementation, including user training and post-implementation activities.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
