Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

ASRAA MANAGEMENT INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for employees and customers.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring the highest quality and best value.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, contributing to the growth and success of the restaurant.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Team Size: 11-15 people
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
