Job Summary

CENTRAL SPRING INC is seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing heavy-duty equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
  • Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment
  • Order parts and maintain inventory
  • Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts
  • Keep maintenance reports and documentation
  • Perform repair work on heavy trucks
  • Service attachments and working tools
  • Verify and repair emission control systems
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Manual dexterity
  • Ability to work overtime
Work Environment

Work will be performed outdoors in a dusty, hot, and noisy environment. Steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, and gloves are required.
