About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers an estimated annual salary of $45,000-$55,000 depending on experience and location.

As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials;
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades;
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt;
  • Assisting with drilling and blasting rock on construction sites;
  • Cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants;
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites;
  • Tending or feeding machines or equipment used in construction;
  • Directing traffic at or near construction sites.

In addition to these tasks, you will also be responsible for maintaining and operating various types of equipment, including concrete saws, grouting machines, air compressors, and forklifts.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent physical stamina and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You must also be able to lift heavy loads, work at heights, and handle hazardous materials safely.
