Electrical Project Manager Lead

Mazzei Electric Ltd. is a reputable company with a strong presence in commercial service contracts, expanding to multi-family residential, commercial, institutional, and light industrial projects across the province.
As a Superintendent Electrician at Mazzei Electric Ltd., you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, develop your skills, and advance in your career.
We are currently hiring for a Superintendent Electrician in Kelowna, BC, and the surrounding areas. The compensation for this role is between $46/hour and $47/hour, immediate health and dental benefits, and RRSP matching after one year.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend project win and pre-construction meetings, ensuring full working knowledge of project construction schedules, IFC & I.
- Work with Project Managers and Forepersons to create project-specific work packages, including approved submittals and wiring layouts.
- Support the maintenance of the project schedule by coordinating required labor with the Project Manager, Site Foreperson, and HR Manager.
Maintain professionalism in client/contractor relations and ensure advanced ordering of required materials with the Site Foreperson. Release lot material with the Project Manager and support Site Forepersons in creating RFI's and MR's.
Safety is our top priority. Ensure completion of required safety documents and training through the Safety Manager. Assist Site Forepersons with crew management, reviewing weekly entered time for accuracy.
Plan and participate in employee evaluations with project forepersons and mentor Site Forepersons on an ongoing basis. Follow safety programs and policies, wear appropriate PPE, and attend safety training as required.
Requirements:- FSR B or Master's ticket an asset
- 5 years of experience leading successful electrical multi-family-residential and commercial construction projects
- Intermediate demonstrable skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Aerial Work Platform, Fall Protection, First Aid training, and LSE Training course an asset
- Valid class 5 driver's license
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
The ideal candidate will possess strong creative problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, as well as excellent leadership qualities and organizational and customer service skills.
