We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Energy Management Consultant, HVAC Sales to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building long-term customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Marketing: Conduct canvassing and selling activities to new and existing customers, promoting our energy management solutions and HVAC products.
- Account Management: Manage and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Education: Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent working experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of delivering performance objectives and sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Industry knowledge in a sales capacity would be an asset, with a strong understanding of energy management solutions and HVAC products.
- Certifications: Preferred HRAI Certification for HVAC programs and designs.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
