Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health care plan, bonus, commission, maternity and parental benefits, free parking, learning/training paid by employer, on-site recreation and activities, and paid time off (volunteering or personal days).

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our team as a Physiotherapy Program Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities, planning physiotherapy programs, selecting appropriate exercises, apparatus and manipulations, maintaining clinical and progress reports, conferring with other health professionals, teaching and/or supervising exercises to patients, and administering evaluative tests and procedures.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and licensure by provincial or territorial authorities. Experience in a similar position and knowledge of industry-standard practices would be an asset.

Work Environment

This full-time position involves working 30 to 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening or weekend shifts. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
